At first I didn't know what to expect from this book. When I started reading it I had realized its a cook book with recipes. I enjoyed the introduction because it gave a history of bacon and how it came about to the U.S. I will try the recipes out and let y'all know how they taste. We all know its going to be good because it has bacon in it...but I will try and give a review anyways. =) Be back soon with reviews.
Very fun way to look at and enjoy bacon. Great reading
